RedQA started in quality engineering, which means we spent a decade seeing exactly how software breaks. We now build the products instead, and that history is the whole point: we know which shortcuts cost you six months later.
We build iOS and Android apps with React Native and Expo, full websites with Next.js and React, and we specialise in test automation with Playwright, Cypress and Selenium. Every project ships with automated tests, CI/CD, accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, and code your team actually owns.

I started RedQA in quality engineering, and after a decade of being the person who finds out why software breaks, the natural next step was to build it properly in the first place. Most of the defects I reported over the years traced back to the same root causes: no types, no tests, no clear architecture, and a release process nobody trusted.
I've spent 10+ years in environments where getting it wrong is expensive. At SGS I led a team of 6 engineers through a technical-debt reduction programme. At the BBC, I worked on the news API infrastructure that distributes stories to every channel globally. At Bupa, I supported a patient-facing AI chat product, shaping requirements with engineering and validating response quality against the clinical knowledge base. Earlier roles at IBM, Vodafone, Simplyhealth and Culture Trip covered React, TypeScript, Next.js and quality strategy in production teams.
Recent delivery includes features and improvements on Lumya Living, a cross-platform Expo and React Native tenant app; an Assets portfolio platform on ASP.NET Core and Azure SQL; seniorguard.care, a Next.js family-care SaaS with Supabase and Stripe; and this site, including the WCAG accessibility scanner. I also deliver Playwright suites wired into GitHub Actions CI/CD for client teams.
