I started RedQA because I kept seeing the same problem: product teams shipping bugs that thorough QA would have caught, not because they didn't care about quality, but because they didn't have access to a senior QA engineer without committing to a full-time hire.
I've spent 10+ years doing QA in environments where getting it wrong is expensive. At the BBC, I worked on the news API infrastructure that distributes stories to every channel globally. A bug there doesn't just affect one user, it breaks syndication at scale. At Bupa, I tested a patient-facing AI chat system built on ChatGPT, verifying that every response was grounded in the clinical knowledge base and not hallucinated.
