How We Combine Build and QA in One Delivery Pipeline

7 min readBy Elmonds Kreslins

QA is not a phase after the build

Most expensive defects start early: unclear architecture, no types, no tests, and a release process nobody trusts. RedQA started in quality engineering and now builds products the same way we always wished teams would: typed code, automated checks, and a pipeline that fails loud before users do.

What that looks like in practice

  • Web: Next.js and React apps with CI on every pull request, preview deployments, and Playwright (or Cypress / Selenium) coverage on critical journeys
  • Mobile: React Native and Expo apps with EAS builds, store tracks, and automated checks on the flows that protect trust
  • Monitoring: Sentry and similar tools so production issues show up on a dashboard, not in a support inbox

Fixed project pricing

We work on fixed projects, not monthly retainers. Discovery starts at £3,950 (approx. $5,000 USD). Standalone Next.js projects typically start from about £9,000 (approx. $11,700 USD). React Native / iOS and Android apps typically start from about £14,000 (approx. $18,200 USD). Both depend on complexity. See pricing.

When you only need testing

You do not have to hire us to build the product. Our test automation service stands alone for teams that already have engineers and need Playwright, Cypress or Selenium suites wired into CI.
